Shipping Rates and Policies

Shipping Methods:

Expedited Shipping: This shipping method is the fastest available. Delivery times are between 3-5 days to all major destinations. ($9.99)

Standard Shipping: Standard shipping takes a bit longer than expedited shipping but costs less. Delivery times are between 6-8 days to all major destionations. ($5.99)

Shipping Cost:

Shipping costs are calculated individually for each order based on the number and weight of items in your order, as well as the shipping method chosen.

Total Delivery Time:

Before your order is shipped, Mp3's And Beyond has to process your order and put all your items through its strict quality control tests. Because of this, Total Delivery Time is different to shipping time alone.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Packaging Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time: The time we receive your order to the time we start packaging your order. The time to get your order looked at, your payment confirmed, and to make sure the shipping address is correct. Minimum time: 1-2 business days. We do not process your order on Sundays or holidays. Allow an additional 1 to 2 days for weekend orders.

Packaging Time: After your order is processed, we send it to the warehouse. If the product is still in stock, it will be shipped in a day or two. You will be notified if your order is not in stock. Minimum time: 1-2 business days.

Shipping Time: The time it takes for the shipping company to drive or fly your package to you. The time varies depending on which shipping method you choose. Minimum time: 3-5 business days with (Expedited Shipping) 

Return Policies:

Return and full refund: Products with quality problems in 7 days (from the date products were received) can be returned and refunded. Customers need to send the products back to us, when we receive the products we will give you a full refund.

Replace: Products with quality problems in 30 days (from the date products were received) can be returned and replaced. Customers need to send products back to us, when we receive the products we will replace with new ones and ship them back to the customer. We will pay shipping fees for the replaced products we ship to the customer.

Repair: Products with quality problems in 1 year (from the date products were received) can be returned and repaired. Customers need to send products back to us, when we receive the products we will repair them and ship back to the customer.  We will pay shipping fees for the repaired products we ship to the customer.
